Stu the Stegosaurus is the younger brother of Daddy Dino and father to Baby Stu. Like his son, Stu is devoted to food of the fungi variety, and makes a mushroom risotto he finishes with a generous fall of parmesan. He has a keen interest in Italian culture, and spends his Sundays poring over Italian recipe books, dreaming of Tuscan sunsets and plodding leisurely down the aisles of the Mediterranean wholesalers.
