Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed. These include:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store and processes orders.
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Australia Post and other carriers, to deliver your order.
- Loox, to collect and display product reviews.
- Advertising and analytics providers, such as Google and Meta, to understand site use and show relevant ads.
- Our accountant and professional advisers, where required.
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada and Europe. We use reputable providers who maintain appropriate security.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how our site is used, and measure advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Keeping your information secure
