⏱️ How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 24 hours.
Delivery with Australia Post takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
Adelaide customers can also choose local pick-up at checkout.
⚡ Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — Express Post is available at checkout if you’d like your order sooner.
🌏 Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.
Shipping rates vary by location and are shown at checkout.
🏠 Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can update your address.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Once dispatched, changes can’t be made.
🔍 My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Please check your tracking link first.

📬 My parcel says delivered, but I can’t find it.

📮 What postage service do you use?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking.
Tracking is emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.

Full-priced items may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition.
To start a return, contact us with your order number.
🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you’d like a different colour, size or product, we’re happy to organise an exchange.
💔 My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry!
Email us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
💵 Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
Yes — full-priced items in unused condition can be refunded.
Sale items are generally final unless faulty.
⏳ How long do refunds take?
Once your item is received and inspected, refunds take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
