Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • We process orders within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, SA public holidays excluded).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm ACST/ACDT are processed the next business day.

Carriers & Services

  • We ship with Australia Post (tracked parcel services).

  • Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes (Guidelines)

  • SA & VIC/NSW metro: 1–3 business days

  • Other AUS metro/regional: 2–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–10+ business days
    Delays can occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

  • We have a Flat fee of $15 shipping fee to all Aust major cities
  • Any promotional rates shown at checkout take precedence.

New Zealand

  • We ship to New Zealand: AUD $39 flat rate for parcels up to 2 kg.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

  • Duties/taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility.

Addresses, PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

  • We ship to street addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

  • If you select Authority to Leave (where available), responsibility passes on delivery to the address provided.

Undeliverable/Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply) or a refund minus original shipping.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the shown delivery date (or expected delivery window) with photos of any damage.

  • We’ll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and help resolve the issue.

Backorders & Split Shipments

  • We don’t ship backorders. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

  • Large orders may be shipped in multiple parcels; you’ll receive tracking for each.

Public Holidays & Peak Periods

  • Dispatch pauses on South Australian public holidays.

  • Extra time may be needed during peak retail periods.
