This website and its content, including images, logos, text, designs, source code, product names and brand names, are the intellectual property of House of Dudley or used with permission. You agree not to copy, modify or adapt any content without our written permission.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order on www.houseofdudley.com you'll receive an email confirmation. That confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to buy the items at the price displayed at the time of ordering.
To the extent permitted by law, House of Dudley may accept or decline an order for any reason, including unavailability of stock, pricing errors, incomplete address details or an incorrect delivery charge. If an order is declined after payment, we'll refund you in full to the original payment method.
3. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Australia and to New Zealand. Rates, timeframes, in-store pickup and pickup-only items are set out in our Shipping Policy. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
To reduce waste, we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip. All prices are in Australian dollars. If you have any questions about payment, please email hello@houseofdudley.com.
5. Returns, refunds and faulty items
Change-of-mind returns, faulty or damaged items, and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country.

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify House of Dudley and its employees, officers and contractors against any third-party claim, loss or demand (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens and between handmade pieces. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and House of Dudley is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We can't guarantee that the website or any linked content is free of viruses or other harmful code. You are responsible for keeping your own device secure.
