Stella is a cotton plush rabbit with long, soft ears and a hand-knitted Australian merino wool beanie — one of the character-led softies from Melbourne label and the little dog laughed. She is the sort of first toy that gets carried everywhere, given a name, and kept long after the nursery is packed away.
