Basket - Ushopper3

Short Handle Ushopper Baskets are made with Elephant grass. Elephant grass grows surrounding water holes in the Sahel region of West Africa. It is harvested by the Fra Fra people of Northern Ghana, soaked and stretched to produce a fine, supple, and extra strong fibre.
Supporting these items helps maintain the time-honoured craft of weaving and long-existing fair trade relationship.
